Our warm and friendly reception team are the welcoming faces of the hospice and are often the first point of contact for visitors, callers and patients to our day services.
We’re looking for an approachable, friendly and efficient individual to join us on a permanent basis at our Shrewsbury hospice reception.
You’ll support the smooth running of the reception, answer and direct calls through the switchboard and help with general administrative tasks.
Caring is what we do best and first impressions count. If you’re someone who enjoys being with and helping people, are polite, reassuring and professional and want to make a positive difference in your community, we’d love you to get in touch.
Please note this role does require flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness across both sites.
