Severn Hospice is one of the region's leading charities, caring for people living with incurable illness, and we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking data professional to join our IT team.
You will play a key role in leading the development, optimisation and effective use of our CRM systems and supporter data. Working closely with colleagues in the Income Generation team, you will ensure data and insight support informed decision-making, meaningful supporter engagement and continuous improvement.
As our CRM and data specialist you will provide expert guidance on CRM systems, reporting, audience segmentation and supporter insight. With strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, you will help identify opportunities to enhance supporter journeys, improve data quality and deliver valuable insight that supports planning, forecasting and evaluation.
You will lead CRM developments and system improvements, manage relationships with system suppliers and oversee the delivery of reporting, dashboards and analysis that support fundraising activity. As a supportive and collaborative leader, you will also line manage a team of Information Officers, helping them deliver high-quality CRM and data support while developing their skills and expertise.
