The Vacancy
At Severn Hospice we provide compassionate and specialist care for people living with incurable illness and we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team or Community Team on a flexible basis.
As part of a supportive multidisciplinary clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering the highest standards of nursing and holistic person-centred care. You will support patients with complex needs at a crucial time in their lives, providing care with dignity, respect and kindness, while also supporting those important to them.
With your clinical expertise and professional judgement, you will undertake comprehensive assessments, symptom management and care planning tailored to meet individual patient needs. You will deliver direct patient care ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care is consistently maintained.

Previous palliative care experience is welcome but not essential. We are equally keen to hear from newly qualified nurses looking to build a strong foundation for their career, as well as experienced nurses seeking a new and rewarding challenge.
