As we prepare to reopen our Shrewsbury ward following a £3 million makeover there is a range of inpatient and community roles available. 

We are keen to attract both newly qualified individuals at the beginning of their careers and experienced clinicians.

Working at Severn Hospice you are given the time to care and we’re looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants to join our Inpatient or Community Nursing Team.

With your friendly, empathetic and professional approach, you will work in a highly rewarding area of care, supporting patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner maintaining a consistently high standard of person-centred palliative care.

As a valued member of our skilled and caring clinical team, you will play a vital role in meeting patients’ holistic needs, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity, while also offering ongoing support to families and carers.

If the community team is more your area, as a valued member of our skilled and caring team, you will contribute to a range of services including home-based care, coffee mornings and supporting outpatient clinics.
