We are seeking an energetic and passionate person to join our team as a Community Shop Manager.
Severn Hospice has a network of shops across Shropshire and Mid-Wales. These shops generate a substantial level of income to support Severn Hospice to care for patients and their families from the community they operate with.
An exciting opportunity has arise for a part time Community Shop Manager at our Machynlleth Shop. As a Community Shop Manager you will have the freedom to make local decisions to drive the business within the local community to maximise every sales opportunity. You will motivate and develop a team of volunteers setting to a high standard of customer service.
You will be expected to create an exciting shop floor experience that makes Severn Hospice stand out from its competitors whilst driving volunteer recruitment to increase volunteers numbers.
£15,485.70 per annum.
This role will be full time based in our Machynlleth shop to include weekend working.
A DBS check is required for this role.
